Job Description :

A financial firm is looking for an HR Business Partner to join their team in Chicago, IL or New York, NY.

Compensation: $75-175k

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a campus recruitment program from the ground up, including clear strategies, policies, and procedures to attract and hire undergrad and grad level students.
  • Identify, source, and establish strong relationships with target universities, faculty members, and career services to access top PhD student talent.
  • Work with educational institutions to establish partnerships, internship programs, and other cooperative initiatives that align with hiring needs.
  • Create and execute effective social media and marketing campaigns to promote campus recruitment program, engage with potential candidates, and build employer brand on campuses.
  • Lead the selection process for campus hires, including conducting interviews, assessments, and evaluations to identify the best candidates for organization.
  • Develop and implement an onboarding program tailored to campus hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company and helping them integrate into the workplace.
  • Provide ongoing support and mentorship to campus hires during their first two years with the organization to facilitate their growth, development, and retention.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Experience in campus recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related HR role.
  • Strong network within the academic community and knowledge of campus recruitment best practices.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Results-oriented, with a commitment to achieving recruitment goals.
