HR Benefits Specialist - Snow College : Job Details

We are looking for a service-oriented HR Benefits Specialist to provide responsive, knowledgeable support to employees navigating their benefits. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering a positive employee experience by guiding individuals through benefit enrollments, answering questions with care and clarity, and ensuring accurate records and regulatory compliance. Qualifications Required Qualifications. Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field OR equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
