Job Description :
Coordinates the administration of employee benefit programs such as medical, dental, vision, voluntary plans, retirement plan and other benefits. Works closely with outside benefit vendors coordinating annual open enrollment and new hire enrollments. Verifies all insurance billing, maintains employee database and files, and ensures compliance with required benefit notices. Responsible for loading/canceling deductions and reconciling monthly invoices. rec:max Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management required. Experience: Requires 3 years Human Resources experience and/or previous benefits administration experience, preferably in a healthcare environment. Licenses, Certifications and/or Registrations: Professional in Human Resource (PHR) or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification preferred.
