POSITION QUALIFICATIONS This this a temporary position for 3 months, with the possibility of hire based on performance and departmental needs. This position requires a High School Diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. Experience in a Human Resources setting is preferred but not required. Must have knowledge and skill in using computer software with emphasis on basic word processing and spreadsheet applications in Windows environment, as well as, skill in operating various office equipment. Must have the ability to communicate with employees, the public and management in a courteous and professional manner. Must have the ability to maintain confidentiality. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Recruitment:
    • Assist in posting job vacancies on various job boards and company website.
    • Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
    • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates.
    • Assist in conducting reference and background checks.
    • Support the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Benefits Enrollment:
    • Assist employees with benefits enrollment, including health, dental, and retirement plans.
    • Maintain accurate records of benefits selections and changes.
    • Address employee inquiries related to benefits.
  • Social Media Management:
    • Manage and update the company's social media profiles.
    • Create and share HR-related content to promote the company's employer brand.
    • Monitor and engage with comments and inquiries on social media.
  • Job Board Review:
    • Monitor and manage online job board listings.
    • Respond to candidate reviews and ratings on job boards.
    • Collect and analyze feedback to make improvements in our recruitment process.
  • HR Compliance:
    • Assist in maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
    • Support the development and maintenance of HR policies and procedures.
    • Help prepare and maintain employee records and HR documentation.
  • Implementation Projects:
    • Provide support to the HR team in the planning and execution of HR-related implementation projects.
    • Help coordinate project meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and capturing meeting notes
    • Help communicate project updates to staff.
    • Track and follow up on action items and deadlines to support project timelines.
  • General HR Duties:
    • Provide administrative support to the HR team.
    • Assist in organizing HR-related events, training sessions, and meetings.
    • Maintain confidentiality of HR-related information.
    • Perform other HR tasks as assigned
