HR Assistant - BFS : Job Details

Bruceton Farm Service, Inc. Corporate Office in Cheat Lake, WV is looking to hire a Human Resources Assistant for our HR team.

Duties Include, But Are Not Limited To:

• Provides administrative support for the Human Resources Department.
• Management of personnel files and HRIS data input for readily identifiable information.
• Tracking of all personnel files, employee attendance, and updates to personal information.
• Complete requests for employment verifications.
• Supports department in faxing, copying needs, and other duties as assigned.
• Manage inventory for company uniforms: Subway, Burger King, Little Caesars, and BFS companies.
• Correspondence and memos to company managers and personnel.
• Assist with benefits administration and clerical work related to benefits tracking.
• Assist with other HR duties as needed.
• General knowledge of Microsoft Office software.
• Excellent data entry, computer, and communication skills needed.
