Description: Responsible for performing the below administrative human resource tasks on a confidential and professional level while under the supervision of the HR Partner. Responsibilities include:
Creating virtual and printed files for active employees. Accurately purging files for terminated employees based on the company records retention policy. Scanning, uploading, and tracking Restrictive Covenant Agreements into Workday (HRIS). Supporting full cycle associate onboarding and offboarding processes. Administering biweekly payroll audits and monthly OSHA hours worked reporting. HRIS transactions and processing. Position Specific Competencies / Experience:
- Previous HR experience not necessary but preferred.
- Minimum of Intermediate Excel, Word, and Outlook experience.
- Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently with little supervision for routine tasks.
- Excellent verbal and written skills (polished and professional).
Education: Associates or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, Psychology or related field preferred.

Hourly Pay ranges from $25-$27 depending on experience.
