Auto-Chlor System is seeking an HR Asisstant in Mountain View, CA. This position is full-time, non-exempt. The schedule required for this position is Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 4:30pm, in office. We're looking for an individual who will contribute to our People First culture by providing excellent support to the HR team and field employees.

What are some of the day to day responsibilities?
* Provide support to the HR Department by serving as the first point to employee and vendor inquires and escalate as needed to other team members.
* Conduct new hire 30-day check-ins, status and exit interviews, .
* Maintain I-9's, EEO forms and all electronic files pertaining to employee records.
* Copy, file, scan paper and manage digital document downloads.
* Deploy and track completion of company-wide trainings.
* Gather and prepare documents for audits, subpoenas, and other file requests.
* Digitize employee files.
* Provide back-up support to the national recruiting team including scheduling pre-employment drug or medical tests and background check screenings.
* Assists with preparing employee correspondence, change requests, HRIS password resets, and employment and salary verification requests.
Successful candidate criteria:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in an HR environment.
* 1-2 years of experience working in HR.
* Proficiency with MS Office Suite including Outlook.
* Meticulous attention to detail.
* Ability to communicate in a professional manner and maintain confidentiality.
* Must be organized and flexible.
* Must have a customer service mindset and willingness to act with a sense of urgency.
