Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated HR and Recruiter to join our team. In this dual role, you will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment process and managing various HR functions to ensure a positive employee experience. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of HR best practices and a passion for finding and nurturing talent.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment:

  • Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and offer negotiations.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of candidates for current and future openings.
  • Conduct background checks and reference checks for potential hires.

HR Functions:

  • Assist in onboarding new employees and ensure a smooth transition into the company.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and promote a positive workplace culture.
  • Maintain employee records and manage HR databases with confidentiality and accuracy.
  • Administer employee benefits programs and assist employees with related inquiries.
  • Stay updated on labor laws and HR best practices to ensure compliance.

Training and Development:

  • Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs.
  • Facilitate new employee orientation and ongoing training sessions.

Performance Management:

  • Support the performance review process and help managers set employee goals.
  • Provide guidance on employee relations and conflict resolution.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3 years of experience in HR and recruitment.
  • Strong understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Must be bi-lingual (English/Spanish)
  • Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
