Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated HR and Recruiter to join our team. In this dual role, you will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment process and managing various HR functions to ensure a positive employee experience. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of HR best practices and a passion for finding and nurturing talent.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment:
- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and offer negotiations.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of candidates for current and future openings.
- Conduct background checks and reference checks for potential hires.
HR Functions:
- Assist in onboarding new employees and ensure a smooth transition into the company.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and promote a positive workplace culture.
- Maintain employee records and manage HR databases with confidentiality and accuracy.
- Administer employee benefits programs and assist employees with related inquiries.
- Stay updated on labor laws and HR best practices to ensure compliance.
Training and Development:
- Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs.
- Facilitate new employee orientation and ongoing training sessions.
Performance Management:
- Support the performance review process and help managers set employee goals.
- Provide guidance on employee relations and conflict resolution.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in HR and recruitment.
- Strong understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be bi-lingual (English/Spanish)
- Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
