Position Summary
We are seeking a detailed-oriented and proactive HR Analyst to join our Human Resources team. This role is ideal for an early-career HR professional looking to broaden their experience across multiple HR functions in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The HR Analyst will play a critical role in supporting core HR processes related to employee life cycle events, regulatory compliance, and employee experience.

Essential Duties
- Verify I-9 documentation, complete online filing, coordinate new hire photo collection for internal directories, and serve as primary point of contact for responding to new hire questions and onboarding inquiries
- Manage and track completion of new hire onboarding checklists, ensuring timely submission of required documentation, and maintain up-to-date onboarding materials including FAQs, process documents, and new hire guides
- Be the primary owner of HRIS new hire onboarding and new hire entry in HRIS system
- Schedule and manage logistics for orientation sessions (e.g., room booking, technology, presenters, materials)
- Partner with internal teams (IT, Facilities, Compliance, Payroll, etc.) to ensure new hire readiness for day one
- Track, review, and process hiring-related invoices in coordination with vendors and internal finance teams to ensure timely and accurate payment
- Collect new hire feedback and track onboarding metrics to identify trends, inform process improvements, and provide actionable suggestions to enhance the new hire experience
- Coordinate and execute the employee offboarding process, ensuring a smooth and compliant transition
- Manage contractor onboarding notifications, collaborating with hiring managers and vendors to ensure proper set-up
- Support compliance by coordinating tasks related to the regulatory Senior Managers and Certification Regime (SMCR) process
- Provide relocation planning and support for employee moves, partnering with internal stakeholders and external vendors
- Assist with immigration case reviews to ensure proper documentation and processes are followed
- Administer the employee recognition and rewards program
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1-2 years of relevant HR experience, ideally in a generalist or HR operations role
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously
Professional Skills Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Estimated Compensation:
Base Salary: For CA/NY based position, the base salary range is $75k-$80k. This represents base salary range only.
Other Compensation:In addition to the base salary, this position will be eligible to be considered for an annual discretionary bonus.
