HR Advisory Manager - Christchurch City Council : Job Details

We are seeking a dynamic and experiencedHR Advisory Managerto lead a team of skilled professionals delivering high quality, people focused HR support across the organisation.

• Proven experience in a generalist HR role, including team leadership and operational delivery.
• In-depth knowledge of New Zealand employment law and contemporary HR practices.
• A proactive, people-first approach with a strong commitment to service excellence and organisational impact.

Additional information:

Hours of work - Permanent, Full-timeposition, Monday to Friday for40 hours per weekLocation - This position is primarily based atTe Hononga Civic Offices, 53 Hereford StreetSalary - The salary band for this position goes from $115,466 to $134,581 per annum. Starting salaries will be based on knowledge, skills and experience the successful candidate brings to the role, and relativities both, within the immediate team and in the broader organisation for the same or similar roles.
