Starting Pay: $25.00 / hour *Negotiable based on years of experience
HR Administrative Coordinator Opportunity: - Full-time, direct-hire opportunity
- Monday - Friday (100% on-site)
- Setting: Hospital
- The HR Administrative Coordinator will report to the HR Director
HR Administrative Coordinator Responsibilities: - Assist in recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, compensation, and employee relations
- Maintain HRIS systems: data entry, updates, audits, and reporting
- Respond to employee and manager inquiries related to HR policies, payroll, benefits, and leaves of absence (FMLA, LOA)
- Maintain accurate and compliant employee files (paper and electronic)
- Assist with employment verifications, license renewals, and other compliance-related tasks
HR Administrative Coordinator Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field, or equivalent related work experience required
- 1+ years of Administrative HR experience. required
- Open to New Graduates - Training provided
