HPLC Analyst - SR BioLabs : Job Details

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HPLC Analyst located in Orlando, FL. You will be responsible for daily tasks including preparing and analyzing samples using High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) techniques, conducting and assisting routine maintenance of laboratory equipment, and ensuring quality control and quality assurance procedures are followed. You will also interpret data, keep accurate records, and collaborate with team members to ensure accurate and timely analysis of samples.

Responsibilities

• Prepare/analyze samples by HPLC and LC/MS.
• Develop, validate, and optimize analytical methods.
• Interpret analytical data and prepare data for reports.
• Assist in the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting HPLC and LC/MS systems, methods, and development.
• Assist in method development and validation.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality standards and project timelines are met.

Requirements

• Possess strong Laboratory Skills and the capability to operate HPLC/LC/MS equipment.
• Bachelor's in Chemistry or at least 1 year HPLC experience in an analytical lab.
• Clear written/verbal communication, able to work independently and in a small team.
• Working knowledge of QC/QA practices in an analytical setting.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with MassHunter software.
• Agilent 1260 Infinity and 64xx triple-quad experience.
• SOP writing and method transfer experience.
