About this Job OUR MISSION - The St. Charles Parish Housing Authoritys mission is to provide decent, safe, sanitary and drug-free housing for low- to moderate-income families throughout St. Charles Parish. About this position. This position requires the incumbent to have familiarity with clerical work, property management, real estate or social services. Housing Specialist 4 will require customer service skills, the ability to multitask, and the ability to work with different constituencies within the public. Minimum Qualifications Three years of experience in administrative services, housing management, real estate, or social services. EXPERIENCE SUBSTITUTION:Every 30 semester hours earned from an accredited college or university will substitute for one year of the required experience.
