We have 1 shift available: Sat-Sun, 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM.

As a housing monitor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our residents. We seek a patient, observant, and dependable individual committed to our mission. Monitor the behavior and activities of clients in a Salvation Army housing program; guard the safety of facilities and ensure compliance with housing rules and policies to protect staff and clients.

• Knowledge of security practices and procedures
• Ability to influence and control human behavior and enforce security rules
• Ability to respond calmly and effectively to emergencies
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and communicating in English

High School Diploma or G.E.D. preferred but not required. Six months experience working with the public or in security/social services preferred, or any equivalent training and experience providing the necessary skills and knowledge.
