PsychPros is is a nationally recognized leader in behavioral healthcare staffing and recruiting. We are currently hiring a Housing Case Manager to work full-time in Covington, KY. Qualifications- Bachelors degree in social service related field is required. Minimum of one year experience in social service field is required. Driver's license and daily access to personal vehicle is required. Pay- $20/hour Schedule- Monday-Friday 8:30 am-5 pm Responsibilities- Maintain caseload of up to 35 clients Develop appropriate case plans and goals for obtaining stable income and housing Provides on-going assessment and support to clients Help program participants utilize community resources to meet their individual needs Regularly conduct home visits with clients to review budget, bill paying, and review issues that impact income and housing Provide transportation for clients as needed...Case Manager, Housing, Manager, Property Management, Staffing
