Housing Case Manager - PsychPros : Job Details

PsychPros is a nationally recognized staffing and recruiting firm dedicated to the behavioral healthcare field. We are currently hiring a Housing Case Manager to work full-time with families experiencing homelessness in Pomona, CA, 91767. This is a TEMPORARY ASSIGNMENT with the potential for converting to a permanent position for a strong candidate. The ideal candidate will be available to start immediately. Requirements- Experience providing case management with homeless or very low income individuals, persons with substance abuse issues or mental illnesses required. A bachelors degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Sociology and a minimum of 1 year of experience in a social services setting preferred. Possess a valid California driver's license and have access to properly registered vehicle.
