Housekeeping Supervisor - Wilks Brothers : Job Details

Supervise, train, and schedule housekeeping staff including room attendants, public area cleaners, and laundry personnel. Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas to ensure cleanliness and adherence to hotel standards. Coordinate daily room cleaning assignments based on occupancy and special requests. Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and linen, and report shortages to management. Ensure all housekeeping staff follow safety procedures and hotel policies. Assist in onboarding and continuous training of staff on cleaning procedures and guest service. Respond promptly to guest requests and ensure their satisfaction. Collaborate with the front office and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness and resolve any issues. Report maintenance concerns or damaged items promptly to the appropriate department. Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities, inspections, and employee performance.
