Responsibilities:Provides technical guidance and administrative support for the overall operation of the Housekeeping Department to ensure the maintenance of a clean, safe and comfortable physical environment for residents, employees and visitors, in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations and policies and procedures set by the facility.
Assigns daily work assignments and monitors staff completion of daily work assignments.
Completes the onboarding of all new Hskp Aide
Conduct and participate in in-service and job training programs.
Completes and submits accidents/incident reports.
Associates degree in a related field preferred.
2 years of related experience with progressive responsibilities. 2 years in a health care facility.
Advanced skills in housekeeping equipment and chemicals
Good skills in Microsoft word, excel and e-mail.
Ability to secure confidential mattersAbility to perform multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
