Housekeeping Room Attendant - Ballantyne Golf Resort : Job Details

Job Summary:We are looking for a professional Room Attendant able of attending to Conrad Nashville with integrity and attention to detail. The goal is to create a clean and orderly environment for our guests that will become a critical factor in maintaining and strengthening our reputation.The Room Attendant cleans and maintains all guests' rooms, corridors, and service areas on guest room floors, ensuring hotel's standards of cleanliness.Essential Functions:* Cleans and sanitizes all assigned rooms and bathrooms* Replaces all amenities and linens according to hotel standards* Keeps cart and linen closets clean and orderly* Notifies Supervisors of discrepancies such as vacant rooms, etc.* Turns in lost and found items as per hotel standards* Assists in preparation and deep cleaning of VIP rooms* Completes special cleaning projects* Anticipates guest needs, demonstrating sensitivity and responsiveness, ensuring complete guest satisfaction and repeat business* Familiar/knowledgeable about the hotel and able to explain the locations and operating hours of hotel facilities* Gives recognition to repeat guests* Follows procedures when entering guest rooms, always keeping the guest's need for privacy in mind* Handles all guest complaints, notifies Manager of actions taken* Special projects and duties as assignedEducation and Experience:* Minimum of 1 year housekeeping/cleaning experience (Preferred)* Minimum of 1 year hotel experience (Preferred)Skills and Abilities:* Excellent time management skills* Effective verbal and written communication skills.* Passion for hospitality and customer service focused.* Team playerPhysical Requirements:* Lifting may include equipment or furniture weighing up to 50 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodations.* Must be flexible to work any day of the week, weekends, and holidays if assigned.* Ability to life, bend, stoop, walk, push or pull heavy equipment, and stand for extend periods of time with or without reasonable accommodations.Benefits:* 401k after 90 days, fully vested, company match to 3%* Medical (4 plan choices)* Dental (2 Plan choices)* Vision* Employee Assistance Program (EAP)* Flexible Spending Account (FSA)* Awesome Paid Time Off policy* Hilton Hotel Discounts Worldwide* Northwood Hospitality Discounts* Free Parking
