As a Housekeeping Manager at Westgate Resort, you will be responsible for managing the daily housekeeping operations to ensure quality standards and total guest satisfaction. Respond quickly to guest requests and follow ups. Conduct performance reviews. Manage and monitor assigned buildings Supervise and motivate all housekeeping personnel with daily supervision to include staffing, training, discipline, scheduling, and visually monitoring performance to ensure adherence to all service and productivity standards to provide guest satisfaction.
