HOUSEKEEPING/LAUNDRY STAFF - Gospel Volunteers : Job Details

JOB DESCRIPTION This position works with a team washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and towels. REQUIREMENTS The following are preferred or required: Have a servants heart Comfortable working in a commercial laundry facility on the property Be able to bend down numerous times a day and stand on your feet for hours at a time Detail oriented Able to perform physically rigorous work and lift heavy loads (40-50 pounds) RESPONSIBILITIES Sanitizing private and public restrooms on a regular basis Emphasis on cleaning and keeping common areas presentable for guests Assist with stripping and making beds, dusting and washing windows Clean and turnover rooms for guests weekly Take care of guest's facilities daily and make sure guests are stocked with their needs Help with linen and laundry room duties Reports to Housekeeping Managers Housekeeping HOUSEKEEPING FACILITIES ATTENDANT JOB DESCRIPTION This position works with a team of Housekeeping Staff to ensure that facilities are clean and stocked for guests, changeover rooms, and assist with laundry and linen duties.
