• Read and write English to know daily job assignments.
• Clean all restroom areas and associated fixtures; clean offices, lobbies, hallways, lunchrooms, and other areas as directed.
• Clean and maintain lighting fixtures, vents, walls, floors, doors, windows, and related surfaces.
• Empty waste cans and replenish paper product dispensers as needed.
• Operate and maintain janitorial equipment; conduct basic cleaning and maintenance of janitorial storerooms.
• Ensure spills and trash debris are cleaned up; follow safety protocols and wear PPE as required.
• Work assigned shifts, including overtime and after-hour meetings as needed. Perform other duties as requested or assigned.

• Education/Experience: High school diploma or GED; 1+ years of related experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning supplies, chemicals, and equipment (vacuums, shop vacs, paper dispensers, sanitary dispensers).
• Physical ability for light lifting, climbing ladders, and repetitive motions.
• Required to wear PPE properly in accordance with company standards.
• Ability to work in a large facility with safety-conscious behavior and adherence to policies.

• Productivity, teamwork, initiative, problem solving, job knowledge, safety, quality, reliability/dependability.

The role requires lifting up to 10 pounds regularly; near and far vision; frequent standing, walking on concrete; occasional reaching, stooping, bending, pushing, and pulling. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

Manufacturing environment with moderate to high noise level. Ear protection may be required.
