This is a part time role, with current needs of 10-20 hours/week of housekeeping services.Housekeeper Compensation and Benefits:Competitive, Weekly PayFlexible Working HoursCompensation: $22-$30/hrHousekeeper Responsibilities:Clean and tidy residential homes, including dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and sanitizingClean bathrooms, kitchens, living spaces, and bedrooms, ensuring all areas are spotlessEmpty trash and recycling binsChange bed linens, make beds, and organize spaces as neededFollow clients' specific requests and preferences regarding cleaning tasks and routinesEnsure the use of proper cleaning techniques and equipment for different surfacesReport any damages or maintenance issues to the appropriate partiesMaintain a high level of customer service and communicate effectively with clients and managementHousekeeper Requirements:Previous experience as a housekeeper preferred but not requiredStrong attention to detail and a commitment to providing high-quality serviceHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredAccess to reliable transportationMust be able to pass a criminal background check and provide referencesAbility to think and work both independently and with directionMust have exceptional personal hygieneMust be respectful and compassionate with a good bedside mannerNo formal training is required - We are glad to offer folks with the desire to learn and help elders a chance to break into the healthcare field.
