Seeking a FT Housekeeper 3PM-11PM $16.50 hourHousekeeper Overview: The Housekeeper will clean assigned areas, with the greatest concentration on public spaces.Housekeeper Responsibilities:

• Clean resident rooms and bathrooms daily.
• Clean common areas as scheduled.
• Strip beds weekly, more often if necessary.
• Provide a complete set of fresh linen and towels weekly.
• Ensure that bathrooms are free from mildew; provide new curtains, bath mats if needed.
• Inform maintenance personnel if repairs are needed.
• Collect residents' laundry weekly, as defined in the assistance plan and/or more often if necessary, and bring to the laundry room.
• Collect residents' laundry after being cleaned and return to proper places.
• Do laundry for residents, if needed.
• Report concerns or observations about residents to Supervisor.
• Ensure a safe living environment.
• Wash windows and window sills in resident rooms weekly or more often if needed.
• Assist with exterior window washing twice a year.
• Maintain and ensure that there is an adequate amount of clean linen at all times
• Deep clean all vacated apartments to prepare for the next resident.
• Assist in serving meals.
• Carry out other duties as assigned.
• Maintain an adequate amount of supplies to complete job responsibilities. Inform Supervisor if supplies are needed.
• Return all supplies to proper storage area upon completion.

Housekeeper Qualifications:

• Willingness to learn and work
• Enjoyment in working with older adults
• Demonstrated housekeeping ability in own home
