The regular monthly tasks would include light cleaning of kitchen surfaces, bathroom, folding and putting away a load of laundry, ironing a few pieces, and cleaning a pet fountain. Other tasks that are needed on a non-monthly schedule include; cleaning an automatic litter box (2-3 months), dusting (2 months), vacuuming pet areas (4 months), and fridge (6 months). No regular floor vacuuming needed as I have a Roomba for this.I offer a competitive pay rate of $20 per hour for your services. The job typically takes from 2-2.5 hours. I prefer to schedule on Mondays in the morning but afternoon and evenings are also available.
