Job DetailsJob LocationHolly Hall - Houston, TXDescriptionGeneral Description: Performing a combination of daily cleaning and upkeep of the facility to ensure that a safe, welcoming, and clean environment is provided to residents, visitors, and staff.Duties and Responsibilities: Daily cleaning of the Holly Hall offices, residents' rooms, lobby,restrooms, and other common areas as assigned. Duties include:• Provide economical and safe use of supplies and equipment• Clean and vacuum rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture and draperies• Empty wastebaskets, transport and dispose of trash into main trash bends• Replenish clean linens, towels, and toilet items• Change bed linen• Clean, dust and polish furniture and equipment• Keep storage areas and carts well-stocked and clean• Clean inside window and windowsills, and door panels• Clean restrooms, sinks, toilets, showers, and fixtures• Polish water fountains• LaundryEducation and/or Experience: No prior experience or training.Reasoning Ability: Must be able to apply common sense understanding to carry out simpleone or two-step instructions; and must be ability to deal with standardized situations withonly occasional or no variables.Certifications, Licenses, Registrations: NonQualificationsQualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform eachessential duty satisfactorily.
