The Housekeeper @ First Colonial Inn keeps the community in a clean and sanitary condition, providing a healthy environment that contributes to the care and welfare of residents and guests. Delivers exemplary customer service with attention to detail and promoting a warm, secure and friendly environment. Schedule: Full Time Monday - Friday 9 am - 5:30 pm. Pay Rate $15.00/hr Sign on Bonus - $1000 ($500 at 90 days & $500 @ 6 months)Paid Vacation / Sick Time / 7 Paid Holidays. Excellent - Medical / Dental / Vision Benefits / 401 K - Free Meal each shift What will I do every day? Clean assigned apartments, community rooms and more. Carry linens, towels and cleaning supplies using wheeled carts Change bed linens. Assist with resident and community laundry as directed As well as perform other related duties as required What will I need to be successful in this role?
