Housekeeper I - Mass General Brigham : Job Details

Physical Demands: Requires prolonged standing, bending, stooping, and lifting. Performs daily and discharge cleaning, including bed-making, wall-spotting, toilet cleaning, high/low dusting, and O. R. terminal cleaning. Maintains a professional and safe work environment, always using caution signs and cones. Completes unfinished tasks from previous shifts and reports any maintenance or assignment issues. Cleans up organic waste (blood, body fluids, feces, sputum, etc.) per supervisor instructions. Installs cubicle, shower, and window curtains as needed. Disinfects and sanitizes I. V. poles, pumps, and other patient equipment upon discharge. Learns and implements new cleaning procedures related to healthcare standards. Schedule: Monday to Friday from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM, with rotating weekends and holidays. Qualifications. Education.
