A family in Houston is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented, and highly discreet full-time Housekeeper to maintain their private residence to the highest standard of cleanliness and presentation. This position requires white-glove service, an exceptional eye for detail, and a proactive, team-oriented approach. Key Responsibilities: Daily tidying and deep cleaning of all roomsLaundry, ironing, steaming, and proper care of delicate and high-end garmentsChanging and refreshing linens, towels, and beddingCleaning and caring for fine furnishings, artwork, and high-end surfacesOrganization of household items, closets, pantries, and storage areasMaintain inventory of cleaning supplies and household essentialsEnsure home is guest-ready at all times; assist with preparation for events or guestsReport any maintenance issues, damages, or irregularities promptly and discreetlyProvide occasional assistance with light errands or deliveries as neededWork collaboratively with other household staff as part of a professional and respectful teamQualifications & Requirements: Minimum 5 years of similar experienceExperience working in large estate homes and delivering white-glove serviceKnowledge of fine furnishings, specialty surfaces, and care for luxury household materialsFluent in English; excellent communication skillsMust be willing to commit exclusively to this household (no outside clients or positions)Trustworthy, respectful, discreet, and service-orientedStrong organizational and time management skillsSchedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Salary: $DOE
