Schedule: Day shift, weekdays, as neededJob Objective: Performs housekeeping duties throughout the beautiful Sr Community of Ferris Hills.Key Responsibilities:Performs cleaning duties according to schedule in assigned areas such as apartment homes, common areas, lounges, and offices. Sweeps, dusts, dust mops, and wet mop all floors and stairways; spot cleans and vacuums floors, rugs, carpets, and runners. Collects trash and refuse from work areas and places in designated pick up areas. Cleans, sanitizes, and polishes lavatory, shower, and sink fixtures and facilities; stocks dispensers as necessary. Dust, washes, sponge mops, sanitize, and hand shampoos furniture; dust desk and floor lamps, clean and polish glass surfaces, woodwork, walls, and windowsills.
