Applicants must be able to assist individuals with disabilities in daily living situations, which may include meal prep, shopping, finance management, community activities, developing social interaction skills, monitoring, assisting with medications, transportation to appointments and social functions, and in some cases personal care assistance. Qualifying candidates must meet the following guidelines:

• 18 years of age or older
• High School Diploma or GED (must be able to provide a physical copy)
• Current Driver's License/ with No more than 5 points on your license
• Reliable automobile (used to transport consumers on outings and appointments) with state-required minimum automobile Insurance coverage
• Must pass BCI Background check
• Must be able to read, write and speak the English language clearly
• Must currently have CPR & First Aid certification
• Must currently have Med Pass 1
