The House Manager oversees the daily operations of an Individualized Residential Alternative (IRA) residence, providing supervision, support, and guidance to direct support staff while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards to maintain a safe, person-centered environment that promotes the independence and quality of life of individuals with developmental disabilities. Approximately 30% of job duties involve providing direct support to individuals as needed. EXAMPLES OF RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Responsible for supervising and supporting direct support professionals.a.
