House Attendant - Pacifica Hotel Company : Job Details

The Redondo Beach Hotel is searching for a flexible full-time House Attendant who will be responsible for the cleaning of all public and common areas of the hotel and assist in housekeeping. The ideal House Attendant will have basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, screening and locks. Essential Functions and Responsibilities of the job include but are not limited to: - Utilize Proper Protective Equipment (PPE) as required and in accordance with property specific guidelines - Maintain a friendly, cheerful and courteous demeanor at all times, while providing personalized service to hotel guests. - Communicate effectively with guests and fellow team members. - Clean entire grounds of trash and cigarette butts. - Run laundry and empty housekeepers' trash. - Clean lobby, exterior windows, hallways, walkways, railings, stairwells, pool furniture, ice and vending machines. - Maintain cleanliness of dumpster areas, sand urns, exterior light fixtures, public benches, exte...Attendant, Housekeeping Supervisor, Team Member, Hotel
