Company Overview Wing Zone is a fast casual, fast growing restaurant company with over 100 shops. We are currently looking for a staffer to be based in our soon-to-open Bellflower shop (scheduled to open in mid- to late-August). • Customer Service Skills: You will often be speaking directly to the customer. Good listening skills, speaking and communicating calmly, effectively, and in a friendly, patient, and understanding manner are vital.
• Uphold a professional appearance within dress code guidelines
• Basic Mathematics: Some hourly positions require that you handle money for customers and take stock of supplies. The ability to add and subtract quickly is necessary.
• Time Management Skills: Our shops get busy quickly. Great time management will help you avoid burning our product, order errors, and avoid accidents.
• Flexibility: You might be asked to work nights, weekends, and extended hours. Having a flexible schedule is key.
• Can-Do Attitude: You will need to work well with others to create a great experience for our customers. A friendly staff with a bright and cheery collective attitude provides a great work environment.
• Must adhere to Wing Zone's high standard of food quality and recipes.
• Complete all training programs assigned to the specific duty. This is a requirement and is ongoing throughout the duration of your employment.

Qualifications

• CA Food Handler Certification
• Excellent guest service skills are required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, and strong work ethic.
• Flexible schedule; could include nights and weekends.
• At least 16 years of age.
