Responsibilities:

• Setting up and adjusting machines to optimize performance.
• Performing routine maintenance and fixing broken machines.
• Reading and interpreting blueprints, diagrams, and job orders.
• Using machines such as turning, milling, drilling, or boring to produce goods.
• Ensuring high-quality products through quality control.
• Reporting problems to supervisors.
• Industrial Cutting Saw experience and wood cutting experience are desired.

Qualifications:

• Good attendance record at previous jobs.
• Experience in manufacturing is a plus.
• Eager to grow and embody company values of Agility, Enjoyment, and Always Improving.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
