Hotel Operations Manager – Luxury Hotel & Casino

Are you ready to take on the challenge of leading operations at a world-class Luxury Hotel & Casino? We're looking for an experienced Hotel Operations Manager who understands the art of hospitality from both the front of house and back of house, and who can balance exceptional guest experiences with operational efficiency.

In this role, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring excellence in service quality, safety, and overall guest satisfaction. You'll be the link between departments – from Front Office, Food & Beverage, and Housekeeping, to Revenue Management and Compliance – making sure everything runs seamlessly for our guests.

What you'll be doing:

• Leading and supporting teams across departments to deliver a consistent, high-level guest experience.
• Acting as Manager-on-Duty to provide leadership coverage across shifts.
• Coaching, mentoring, and motivating staff to achieve service and operational goals.
• Handling escalated guest concerns with professionalism and care.
• Managing labor costs, departmental expenses, and ensuring compliance with all hospitality and gaming regulations.
• Using hotel systems to track performance, bookings, guest feedback, and operational trends.

What we're looking for:

• 3–5 years of hotel operations experience with proven leadership responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of both FOH and BOH operations, as well as revenue management.
• Hands-on leadership style with excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.
• Experience in both independent and branded hotel environments is a plus.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and varied shifts.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality (or equivalent experience).
• Valid Colorado Gaming License (or eligibility to obtain one).
