Responsibilities Complete daily building maintenance assignments and requests with applicable paperwork Assist guests with room maintenance needs Perform annual preventative maintenance in rooms Maintain Health Club facilities Assist with special projects as needed Perform grounds maintenance, snow removal, and firewood stacking Qualifications Two to five years of experience in one or more of the following trades: carpentry, dry wall, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, pool and spa care, or other specialty skills.
