Maintain lawn areas in a well-groomed manner. Replace damaged ceiling tiles, floor tiles, and wall coverings. Perform preventative maintenance to equipment on a scheduled basis. Responds to routine calls, prioritized by guest service needs. Keep parking lots and adjacent areas in sanitary manner. Maintains strict confidentiality in all departmental and company matters BRING US YOUR BEST. High school diploma, GED or related education preferred but not required 6 months related experience preferred Knowledge of general maintenance procedures. Current valid driver's license preferred.
