HOTEL MAINTENANCE - Town Pump : Job Details

Perform duties and tasks to meet Town Pump and brand operational standards to ensure daily cleaning, upkeep, and preventative maintenance, small repairs, or property maintenance of grounds, building facilities, and guest rooms. provide shuttle transportation when needed at some locations, have general knowledge of building construction, repair, maintenance, heating, air conditioning, electrical, and plumbing preferred.ensure the best possible experience for each guest, within the framework of Town Pump operating guidelines, display a high degree of work ethic and pride in workmanship.complete all required company and brand-specific training and/or certifications in a timely manner, complete maintenance records within 24 hours, report all known issues to services, equipment, and property, and ensure work orders are in place.follow Town Pumps grooming and appearance guidelines, wear uniform and nametag always while on shift, and comply with Town Pump expectations for the confidentiality...Maintenance, Hotel, Property Management, Banking
