Hotel Housekeeper - Bosselman Enterprises Corporation : Job Details

Performs daily cleaning on an average of 30 minutes per room with the exception of unusually dirty rooms or suite style rooms. Ensures uniform and personal appearance is clean, professional and falls within brand standards as well as the Bosselman handbook. Ensures the cleanliness, organization, and overall appearance of the Hotel meets company and franchise standards. Performs daily cleaning as detailed in brand training. Performs detail cleaning. (e.g. carpet shampooing, floor steaming, flipping mattresses, HVAC vent/ PTAC detailing, detailing light fixtures, scrubbing walls and baseboards, and replacing smoke alarm and carbon monoxide batteries. Performs light maintenance or leave detailed maintenance notes if the property has maintenance personnel on staff. (change light bulbs, etc.) Communicates with management regarding knowledge of any in room or property damages caused by guests as soon as it is noticed e.g. destroyed linens, evidence of smoking or drugs, holes in walls, stolen...Hotel, Housekeeper, Customer Service, Cleaning
