• 2-5 years of sales experience in an upscale or luxury hotel setting
• Proficiency with CRM systems and sales software
• Proven ability to generate revenue and achieve sales targets
• Proactively identify, solicit, and secure group business and maintain repeat clientele
• Create customized proposals (RFPs) tailored to client needs
• Conduct site visits and hotel tours for prospective clients
• Collaborate internally with the marketing team, culinary team, events team, and sales team
• Display strong written and verbal communication skills
