Hotel Billing Coordinator - Mystic Lake Casino Hotel & SMSC : Job Details

Responsible for managing the billing process and ensuring accurate and timely invoicing for Group Sales clients, individual guests. Elevate & Thrive: Key Responsibilities: Responsible for Group Sales Billing for Hotel rooms. Works in partnership with Group Rooms Coordinator to ensure contracted concessions have been met and communicated with the Hotel management team. Point contact for the Hotel in the event of guest questions around hotel folios. Manage guest inquiries related to room charges, additional service and payment discrepancies. Work closely with Finance department to ensure accurate billing for all segments. Tracking billing of direct bills in collation of AR polices. Job Requirements: Reflects MINIMUM EDUCATION, TRAINING, CERTIFICATION and EXPERIENCE required in order to meet the expectations of this job: Combination of post-high school education and or hotel, revenue management or hotel front office reservation experience to equal three years.
