Hotel Bartender Full Time - Black Oak Casino Resort : Job Details

Responsible for providing beverage service to all Hotel Turnback Guests in an efficient, courteous and professional manner, displaying a high standard of guest service. Essential Responsibilities and Duties: (Specific areas of responsibility including, but not limited to) Receives money, makes change, processes credit card transactions, and operates from issued cash bank all within company policy. Takes and delivers Guest orders. Provides courteous service. Abides by all State, Federal, and local liquor regulations pertaining to the serving of alcoholic beverages to Guests. Cooperates with multiple departments to effectively monitor and control the sale and service of all alcoholic beverages in the area where assigned. Stocks and cleans work area following proper sanitation controls. Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications Mandatory Requirements: Must be at least 21 years old.
