Job Description: Primarily focus on ensuring guests have a positive and great welcoming as soon as they enter the restaurant.

Job Duties:

* Greeting guests as soon as they enter the restaurant.

* Helping guests with reservations and guiding them to their tables.

* Giving guests accurate wait times and ensuring the waiting area is clean and comfortable.

* Providing customers menus and answering any questions about the menu items.

* Rotating tables with servers to ensure every server has a fair number of tables.

* Placing take-out orders, processing payments, preparing cash drops, and closing out orders.

* Help buss dirty tables and place rolled silverware on clean tables before new guests sitting down.

* Cleaning the dining room, including wiping down tables, chairs, windows and vacuuming the floor.

* Perform other duties as assigned.
