Host Hostess - Picazzo's Healthy Italian Kitchen : Job Details

The purpose of this position is to interact with our guests and mirror Picazzos standards that align with our Core Values, Mission Statement and Culture. Host/ Hostesses are responsible for positive interactions while assisting guests in a friendly, efficient and knowledgeable manner. They also facilitate the opportunity for guests with dietary restrictions to dine out at a safe establishment that recognizes the struggles of restrictions. At all times, Host/ Hostesses are expected to be attentive to our guest needs and making them feel welcome, comfortable, important and relaxed. Host/ Hostesses are expected to have detailed menu knowledge as well as knowledge including, but not limited to, specials, directions, location, hours of operation and other relevant information.
