Located in the heart of town, the 97-room Hotel Jerome, Auberge Resorts Collection, continues to retain its identity as one of the great hotels of the American West. **Role Summary**

Our hosts/hostesses greet and bid farewell to our guests that patronize our outlets. They assist with oversight of restaurant flow with regard to placing guests. They also take reservations in our reservation system, Resy, as well as updating and tracking guest profiles.

**Required Qualifications**

- One year experience in customer service

**Desired Qualifications**

- Fine- or Upscale-dining service experience

- Certification in alcohol awareness program
