We are seeking a polished, client-focused Client Relations Supervisor(Hospitality Supervisor) to support the day-to-day operations of a prominent financial advisory firm located in Philadelphia, PA. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for a hospitality-minded professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-touch service environment and takes pride in delivering white-glove support to both clients and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Experience & Satisfaction
- Serve as the key point of contact for clients, resolving issues promptly and professionally
- Build and strengthen client relationships with a service-first approach
- Conduct satisfaction surveys to identify service improvements and ensure a premium client experience
- Deliver cost-saving and service enhancement proposals
- Take full ownership of issue resolution and client outcomes
Operational Oversight
- Manage daily operations of the client service team with precision and professionalism
- Ensure service delivery meets all deadlines and compliance standards within a financial advisory setting
- Implement new best practices in staffing, service design, and technology
- Keep the site tour ready —organized, polished, and client-facing at all times
- Monitor project timelines and risks, and lead mitigation efforts proactively
- Generate and analyze weekly operational and performance reports
- Participate in regular leadership meetings and contribute to strategic planning
Qualifications:
- 2–3+ years of experience in hospitality, event planning, hotel/restaurant management, or other service-driven industries
- Proven leadership abilities and a client-first mindset
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Polished, professional demeanor and excellent organizational habits
- Tech-savvy, with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and AV equipment
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods in a fast-paced workplace
