Hospitality Manager
Statement of Work (SOW)
BACKGROUND: Federal facilities require a leader with the expertise of a Hospitality Manager to oversee daily operations, including registration, lodging services, maintenance, food and beverage, and support functions. This role ensures the effective coordination of personnel and resources, program-level management, and strict compliance with federal policies, industry standards, and mission requirements.
Place of Performance:
- Brunswick, GA Facility – as designated by the Government,
Period of Performance: 12-month base period
Schedule: The work schedule for all personnel under this contract is TBD (To Be Determined). The Government will establish and communicate the specific hours, shifts, and days of performance prior to commencement of services.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
- 5–7 years of progressive management experience in facility, lodging, or logistics operations, with oversight of multiple functional areas.
- Demonstrated ability to manage registration/front desk, food services, maintenance, and supply chain/warehousing functions
- Strong knowledge of operational policies, financial management, inventory control, and regulatory compliance
- Proven leadership skills in supervising and developing staff in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with asset management systems, inventory tracking tools, and property/facility management systems
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with government officials, contractors, and cross-functional teams.
- Preferred certifications: Certified Hotel Administrator (CHA), Certified Logistics Associate (CLA), ServSafe Manager, OSHA safety training
Duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Oversee day-to-day facility operations, including registration, housekeeping, maintenance, food services, and supply support functions
- Direct and coordinate the work of department leads and teams to ensure efficient, seamless, and safe service delivery.
- Develop and enforce operational policies, procedures, and quality assurance programs in compliance with industry standards and federal contract requirements
- Manage budgets, financial reporting, and cost controls to ensure cost-effectiveness while meeting operational requirements.
- Supervise the training, scheduling, and performance management of staff across all functional areas.
- Ensure preventive maintenance programs, safety standards, and sanitation protocols are followed to maintain facilities and equipment in optimal condition.
- Oversee receipt, storage, distribution, and accountability of supplies and equipment, maintaining an inventory accuracy rate of 98% or higher.
- Implement and monitor processes for asset visibility, lifecycle management, and warehousing operations, ensuring compliance with safety and storage standards.
- Track performance metrics, conduct risk assessments, and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with security, emergency management teams, government representatives, contractors, and facility managers to ensure the safety of staff and residents and smooth integration of support services.
- Serve as the primary point of contact with government representatives for operations and logistics matters.
- Provide regular operational reports and updates to corporate leadership or the contracting agency.
