• 12-hour day shifts from 7am - 7pm
• Average census of 18 patients per provider
• 20 daily admissions across hospital -- 10 nightly admits per provider
• Intensivist-led ICU with hospitalist support
• Procedures include EKG, vent management, and lumbar puncture
• Seeking providers for ongoing pool coverage
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
