• 7 on 7 off days with occasional nights
• Team has excellent relationships with the other departments, including nursing, pharmacy, respiratorytherapists, ER team, and care managers
• Open ICU where hospitalists co-manage the critical patients - procedural skills are not mandatory but preferred
